By working with Pilot Mountain, Madeline was able to turn her idea for a personalized website into a reality. Madelinefergusonrealtor.com was designed with Madeline’s experience in mind, and aimed to provide a sleek and smooth property search experience for potential clients.

With the goal of attracting more clients, PMC was tasked with leveraging Madeline’s personal brand to encourage clients to work with her.
The homepage uses high-definition video, pictures, and testimonials from Madeline’s past clients to showcase her work.
The homepage also houses a “Featured“ section to allow visitors quick access to properties hand selected by Madeline.
Individual Listing Pages
With an ever changing list of residential, commercial, and rental properties available, Madeline needed a solution that would enable her to easily add new listings.
With that in mind, we created a simple design using Wix’s CMS functionality to retain the information Madeline wouldn’t need to change for each listing, while making it easy for her to add different images and property descriptions.
Brand Guideline Adherence
As a member of the Real Estate Office, Madeline’s website needs to adhere to their digital advertising guidelines at all times.
By coordinating with their marketing team, PMC crafted a website that met the necessary requirements while also emphasizing Madeline’s own work.
